Do you come to my house?
Yes. We visit homes across Melbourne metro and surrounding suburbs, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Send us your postcode and we will confirm.
How much does a home visit cost?
Home jobs start from $99. Simple fixes are a flat rate and complex jobs are charged hourly. We quote the job after a free phone consultation, before any work starts.
What if you cannot fix it?
Standard repair and troubleshooting jobs are no fix, no fee. If the problem needs a part, we tell you what is needed and quote it before buying anything.
Can you help someone who is not confident with technology?
Yes. We take our time, explain everything in plain English and can leave written notes. Senior and pensioner discounts are available on request.
