TechMate IT Support was started with a simple idea: IT support should be fast, honest and human. Too many people are left waiting on hold or stuck with remote fixes that don't stick.
So we do it differently. We come to you — your home, your office, your client's site — and fix the problem properly, in person. We explain what we did in plain English, document everything, and only charge what we quoted.
Today we support home users, small and medium businesses, schools, non-profits and Managed Service Providers right across Melbourne — from a single slow laptop to full office network rollouts.

How we work
- We quote first. Home jobs start with a free phone consultation and business jobs with a free on-site assessment, so you know the cost before paid work begins.
- We fix the cause. We find out why something broke rather than restarting it and hoping, and we tell you if a repair is not worth the money.
- We explain it. You get a plain-English explanation of what we did, and businesses get detailed job notes.
- No fix, no fee. If we cannot solve a standard repair or troubleshooting job, you do not pay for the fix.
Where and when
We are a mobile service covering Melbourne metro & surrounding suburbs, VIC. Our hours are Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm AEST (Melbourne), and we travel for larger jobs across Victoria.
