Many faults can be diagnosed and fixed on site, including drive and memory replacements, software faults and configuration problems. If a repair needs specialist parts or manufacturer service, we explain the options first.
Do I have to buy parts from you?
No. We can source parts for you or install hardware you already have. Parts and third-party software are charged in addition to labour.
Can you set up equipment I bought online?
Yes. We install and configure equipment you have bought yourself, check it works with your existing setup and show you how to use it.
What does it cost?
Home jobs start from $99 and business work from $120 per hour. We quote the job before we start.
