Can you work with our existing IT person or provider?
Yes. We often act as extra on-site hands, following your processes and reporting back to whoever manages your IT.
How is project work priced?
After a free on-site assessment we quote the project, or set up a monthly retainer for ongoing support. Labour starts from $120 per hour.
Do you cover more than one site?
Yes, across Melbourne metro and surrounding suburbs. We also travel for larger jobs across Victoria.
Does no fix, no fee apply?
No fix, no fee covers standard repair and troubleshooting jobs. Retainers and project work are quoted and agreed upfront instead.
Do you document the work?
Yes. Every job comes with detailed, time-stamped notes on what was done, ready for your records or your IT team.
Can project work happen outside business hours?
Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. For office moves or upgrades that need to happen after hours, tell us when you book and we will confirm availability and any extra cost before we start.
Will you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We are tool-agnostic and experienced with the common RMM platforms, ticketing systems and vendor environments, so we fit into the way your team already works.
