Do we have to sign a contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts. Book us per job at $120 per hour, or set up a flexible monthly retainer for regular support.
How quickly can you respond?
Small business clients get priority scheduling, with a 4-hour response SLA available.
Can you work outside business hours so staff are not interrupted?
Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Mention after-hours work when you book and we will confirm availability and any extra cost before we start.
Is the first assessment really free?
Yes. We do a free on-site assessment and give you a clear, prioritised plan before any paid work begins.
Can you fix things remotely?
Yes. Many jobs are best done on site, but where a remote session will solve the problem faster we will tell you and set it up.
Can you buy the hardware for us?
Yes. We recommend and source the right computers and network gear, quote it before we buy anything, then install and configure it.
How do we pay?
Payment is due when the job is finished unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, and cash.
